Juste quelques photos d’une premi\u00e8re tentative de ravioli.<\/p>\n

La p\u00e2te est belle et fine.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s quelques essais, les ravioli sont plut\u00f4t beaux.<\/p>\n

Ils ne se d\u00e9font pas \u00e0 la cuisson.<\/p>\n

Et ils sont vraiment app\u00e9tissants.<\/p>\n

Alors c’est quoi, le probl\u00e8me?<\/p>\n

La farce \u00e9tait trop s\u00e8che. Malgr\u00e9 la le\u00e7on de la veille, et une bonne dose de Tabasco, elle \u00e9tait aussi un peu fade. La p\u00e2te \u00e0 la semoule \u00e9tait aussi trop \u00e9paisse.<\/p>\n

Ce n’est pas grave, on va recommencer.<\/p>\n
