J&#8217;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 de l&#8217;eau dans un verre gradu\u00e9 pour pouvoir conna\u00eetre la quantit\u00e9 exacte que je devrais ajouter. Lorsque j&#8217;ai atteint une \u00e9paisseur de 2-3\u00a0mm, je passe \u00e0 la machine. Miracle, la p\u00e2te se lisse parfaitement. Elle ne colle pas du tout sur le m\u00e9tal et s&#8217;amincit jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 un\u00a0 \u00abwhooping\u00a0\u00bb num\u00e9ro\u00a07. J&#8217;aime bien cette expression anglaise qui image tr\u00e8s bien les petits et grands cris de plaisir qui accompagnent l&#8217;action.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ensuite, changement d&#8217;orientation et directement dans le laminoir \u00e0 tagliatelles. Vous avez vu le r\u00e9sultat?
