Vous savez : \u00ab Mon pays, ce n&#8217;est pas un pays, c&#8217;est l&#8217;hiver! \u00bb Il y a une semaine, la petite paradait en shorts et, ce matin, elle remet ses apr\u00e8s-ski, la neige a recouvert le soleil. Il faisait 24\u00b0 et, ce matin, le sol est blanc.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9sol\u00e9. Digression. Donc, apr\u00e8s moult d\u00e9boires, je r\u00e9ussis finalement \u00e0 obtenir la texture voulue et je m&#8217;embarque aussit\u00f4t vers un voyage dont je ne connais pas la fin.<\/p>\n<p>Visuellement, c&#8217;est beau, mais la grande de dire \u00ab\u00a0je n&#8217;aurais pas pens\u00e9 \u00e0 essayer \u00c7A\u00a0\u00bb. Est-ce d\u00e9sapprobateur\u2009? Je ne crois pas. \u00c9met-elle des doutes\u2009? Je le pense. Est-elle inqui\u00e8te\u2009? Oui certainement. Elle a beau avoir confiance, chez elle rien n&#8217;est aveugle, tout est r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 bien y penser, je ne crois pas l&#8217;avoir d\u00e9\u00e7ue jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 maintenant. Enfin, pas sur la cuisine\u2009! Ne pas sombrer dans la combinaison beurre-farine. Faire une quiche sans p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n<p>Aux oignons trop souples une fois cuits, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re les courgettes qui peuvent garder un certain croquant et, donc, en mati\u00e8re de support, de la semoule\u2009!<\/p>\n<p>Oui la fameuse semoule qui m&#8217;a donn\u00e9 tant de fil \u00e0 retordre, je l&#8217;ai mat\u00e9e pour en faire une base. Mieux que \u00e7a, je l&#8217;ai dompt\u00e9e, mise au pas, domestiqu\u00e9e, bris\u00e9e. Elle accepte, maintenant, le joug, de bonne gr\u00e2ce, en moins de deux minutes, montre en main.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant que je faisais revenir mes courgettes avec sel, poivre, herbes et &#8230; tabasco. J&#8217;ai mis la semoule dans un bol, couvert g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement d&#8217;eau et 2 minutes au four \u00e0 micro-ondes. Elle \u00e9tait parfaite. Je l&#8217;ai \u00e9gren\u00e9e \u00e0 la fourchette vers\u00e9e dans ma po\u00eale et m\u00e9lang\u00e9e. Ensuite, on \u00e9tale dans un moule \u00e0 quiche, on couvre d&#8217;un appareil et on met \u00e0 cuire. \u00c0 part la cr\u00e8me et, \u00e9ventuellement, un peu de parmesan, on a \u00e9vit\u00e9 le pire en mati\u00e8re grasse.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 table!<\/p>\n<h6>&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt; <a href=\"http:\/\/pierrejean.com\/atable\/?page_id=504\">recette<\/a><\/h6>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Parfois, je me fais peur\u2009!
