{"id":420,"date":"2012-03-23T18:04:44","date_gmt":"2012-03-23T22:04:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pierrejean.com\/?p=420"},"modified":"2020-03-14T14:55:31","modified_gmt":"2020-03-14T18:55:31","slug":"pizza-2-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pierrejean.com\/atable\/pizza-2-5\/","title":{"rendered":"Pizza 2-5"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cela fait plusieurs fois que je m&#8217;essaie \u00e0 la pizza avec des r\u00e9sultats plus ou moins encourageants.<\/p>\n<p>Je ne peux pas me mesurer \u00e0 Pa qui a trouv\u00e9 la recette magique et qui, de l&#8217;aveu m\u00eame de Mam,\u00a0semble atteindre le chef-d&#8217;oeuvre \u00e0 chaque fois !<\/p>\n<p>Donc j&#8217;ai tent\u00e9 plusieurs fois. La premi\u00e8re tentative eut un r\u00e9sultat pas tentant. J&#8217;avais suivi \u00e0 la lettre les quantit\u00e9s indiqu\u00e9es, mais la p\u00e2te \u00e9tait lourde et grasse. Du coup j&#8217;ai chang\u00e9 d&#8217;ingr\u00e9dients. J&#8217;ai essay\u00e9 plusieurs types de levure et m\u00eame, sans trop y croire, une esp\u00e8ce mutante, OGM du ferment, sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ut pour les pizzas. C&#8217;\u00e9tait l\u00e9ger, a\u00e9rien comme mon dernier coup de coeur\u00a0: Ercole sul Termodonte, un op\u00e9ra de Vivaldi. L&#8217;ouverture vous emporte vers les champs \u00e9lys\u00e9ens. Pas la p\u00e2le copie parisienne, les vrais ceux que seuls les \u00e9lus pourront partager avec les dieux. La pizza a tellement \u00e9t\u00e9 emport\u00e9e vers les nues qu&#8217;elle a rempli le saladier dans lequel je l&#8217;avais pr\u00e9par\u00e9e. Vous savez Vivaldi, \u00e7a p\u00e9tille, \u00e7a envahit, \u00e7a inonde. L\u00e0, c&#8217;est Hercule qui accomplit son 9<sup>e<\/sup> exploit, l&#8217;\u00e9p\u00e9e de la reine des amazones. Il y va avec sa cohorte de h\u00e9ros. Ils prennent d&#8217;assaut le territoire. Ici, la p\u00e2te \u00e0 pizza gonfle comme un diodon qui veut en imposer \u00e0 ses pr\u00e9dateurs. Mais, comme aux castrats de l&#8217;\u00e9poque, il manque un peu de substance \u00e0 la p\u00e2te. D\u00e8s que je plonge les mains, la p\u00e2te se r\u00e9tracte, se recroqueville, se pelotonne dans un coin du saladier rond. Qu&#8217;importe, j&#8217;y vais franco. La p\u00e2te essaie de m&#8217;enivrer de ses vapeurs d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8res. Les amazones contre-attaquent et font un prisonnier. La p\u00e2te essaie de me menotter, un peu de farine et je me lib\u00e8re. J\u2019obtiens une boule souple et \u00e9lastique. Quelques passes de mains, sans l&#8217;infamant rouleau, et voil\u00e0 pr\u00eat le champ de Mars, la vall\u00e9e fertile o\u00f9 pousseront bient\u00f4t oignons, tomates, \u00e9pices et jambon, dans l&#8217;expectative de \u00a0l&#8217;acier. L&#8217;op\u00e9ra se termine par un mariage, les \u00e9lus s&#8217;unissent.
