Le Qu\u00e9bec se r\u00e9veille. Les arbres \u00e9closent. Les bourgeons d\u00e9capotent. La salade approche.<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;ai quand m\u00eame refait du couscous. De la viande, des l\u00e9gumes et de la semoule.<\/p>\n<p>Jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 maintenant, la semoule s&#8217;\u00e9tait le cauchemar. C&#8217;est bien simple, pour les deux derniers couscous, j&#8217;ai rat\u00e9 lamentablement ce fondement de la cuisine arabe. \u00c0 ma d\u00e9charge, je dois dire que la recette que j&#8217;avais \u00e9tait vraiment la pire qu&#8217;on puisse trouver. Une invention de la Grande qui a sa mani\u00e8re bien \u00e0 elle de la pr\u00e9parer. En deux mots comme en cent, de toute fa\u00e7on, si vous comprenez ou si vous y arrivez, chapeau\u2009! Alors voil\u00e0\u00a0: on fait chauffer de l&#8217;huile dans une casserole. Combien\u2009? Combien longtemps\u2009? Combien chaud\u2009? Comme dirait Mathilde, l&#8217;hispanophone de la maison, \u00ab\u00a0no se\u00a0\u00bb. Ensuite, on ajoute de la semoule. Je ne vous refais ni la litote litt\u00e9raire, ni l&#8217;allit\u00e9ration. On remue. \u00c7a donne \u00e7a&#8230; On met de l&#8217;eau, jusque-l\u00e0&#8230; et on attend. C&#8217;est ma bien-aim\u00e9e, mais je n&#8217;avais pas remarqu\u00e9 le nez gigoter.<\/p>\n<p>Donc cette fois, j&#8217;avais bien l&#8217;intention de prendre le probl\u00e8me \u00e0 bras raccourcis.<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;ai commenc\u00e9 par faire le couscous comme alibi \u00e0 la semoule.<\/p>\n<p>Puis au moment de servir, j&#8217;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 la semoule \u00e0 ma, nouvelle, fa\u00e7on. Il para\u00eet que nous sommes compl\u00e9mentaires, cela veut dire qu&#8217;on ne fait rien de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re. Donc j&#8217;ai fait tout le contraire de son envo\u00fbtement. J&#8217;ai fait chauffer un peu du bouillon. J&#8217;ai mis la semoule dans un grand bol. Je l&#8217;ai mouill\u00e9 d&#8217;une grande cuiller\u00e9e d&#8217;huile de s\u00e9same grill\u00e9e (je n&#8217;ai pas eu le droit \u00e0 l&#8217;huile d&#8217;argan qui co\u00fbtait deux fois plus cher) puis du bouillon chaud.
