Elles sont trop cossardes pour les \u00e9plucher, les deux!<\/p>\n<p>Alors, je fais de la compote. J&#8217;y mets une banane ou une ou deux poires pour agr\u00e9menter. J&#8217;y ajoute du sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable pour une touche d&#8217;exotisme&#8230; Je devrais essayer de leur mettre quelque chose de vraiment exotique pour voir leur r\u00e9action.<\/p>\n<p>Sinon je fais une tarte ou, derni\u00e8rement, un moelleux, mais \u00e7a rajoute du beurre, trop de beurre.<\/p>\n<p>Comme je suis dans ma d\u00e9clinaison citron, j&#8217;ai envie d&#8217;autre chose: un clafoutis. Moins de beurre, seulement une vingtaine de grammes, je vais mettre de la vergeoise au lieu de sucre raffin\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;exc\u00e8s, un peu de farine, des oeufs, cela devrait \u00eatre bon.<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;ai mis un zeste de citron et aussi quelques bonnes cuiller\u00e9es de jus de citron.
