Faites bouillir jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la cassonade fonde. Baissez le feu et ajoutez les figues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Couvrez et laissez cuire pendant une vingtaine de minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Mixez ensuite les figues jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtention d&#8217;une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Pour la p\u00e2te \u00e0 biscuit, m\u00e9langez ensemble le beurre et la cassonade (avec la feuille du robot si vous en avez un). Dans un autre r\u00e9cipient, m\u00e9langez ensemble la poudre d&#8217;amande, la farine et le sel. Versez cette pr\u00e9paration dans la premi\u00e8re et m\u00e9langez bien. Pour lier le tout, ajoutez le jaune d\u2019\u0153uf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Laissez reposer la p\u00e2te au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant deux heures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">\u00c9talez la p\u00e2te en deux bandes de 10 cm de large sur un plan de travail farin\u00e9. \u00c9talez ensuite la p\u00e2te de figue au milieu de chaque bande, puis refermez en soudant bien la p\u00e2te afin que la p\u00e2te de figue ne puisse pas ressortir \u00e0 la cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">D\u00e9coupez des tranches de 6 centim\u00e8tres de long environ et placez les biscuits sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Aplatissez-les avec une fourchette de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 tracer les lignes caract\u00e9ristiques des Figolus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Enfournez pour 20 minutes et laissez refroidir sur une grille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">C&#8217;est pr\u00eat !<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingr\u00e9dients pour une douzaine de biscuits : Pour la p\u00e2te de figues : Pour la p\u00e2te \u00e0 biscuit :&nbsp; Pr\u00e9paration : Commencez par la p\u00e2te de figues.
