eplus-wrapper\">D\u00e9trempe<\/p>\n\n\n<ol class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-list eplus-styles-uid-75892c\">\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Mettre tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans le bol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">P\u00e9trir 4 min en vitesse moyenne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">puis 2 minutes \u00e0 vitesse sup\u00e9rieure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Bouler la d\u00e9trempe l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et la remettre en cuve puis laisser reposer 30 min sur le plan de travail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Fariner votre plan de travail et d\u00e9gazer la p\u00e2te et faire un rectangle et <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">mettre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">laisser reposer toute la nuit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Sortir le beurre 30 min \u00e0 l&#8217;avance, le taper dans du papier sulfuris\u00e9 et le plier \u00e0 17x14cm. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Laisser reposer au frigo avec votre d\u00e9trempe qui doit faire le double (en largeur) du beurre et la m\u00eame longueur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Faire un \u201ctour double\u201d  et mettre le tout au frigo 1h.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Faire votre \u201ctour simple\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Remettre au frais pendant 2h avant d&#8217;\u00e9taler la p\u00e2te dans du papier sulfuris\u00e9 (30cm de large).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Sur une plaque, d\u00e9tailler vos croissants en formant des triangles de p\u00e2tes 8&#215;21 cm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Mettre dans le four (25 degr\u00e9s pour la pousse) froid avec une casserole d&#8217;eau chaude pendant 1h30 puis les mettre au frigo. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Dorer les croissants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Mettre au four r\u00e9chauffer \u00e0 200 degr\u00e9s puis aussit\u00f4t
