Le lendemain, les rincer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Faire bouillir de l&#8217;eau dans une casserole.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Y plonger les tomates entaill\u00e9es 15 secondes pour faciliter leur \u00e9pluchage. Les d\u00e9couper en petit cubes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Laver les poivrons et les courgettes. Les d\u00e9couper en petits cubes. \u00c9plucher l&#8217;oignon et le d\u00e9couper finement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">\u00c9plucher et d\u00e9germer l&#8217;ail. \u00c0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un mortier, \u00e9craser l&#8217;ail, le cumin, le paprika et le ras el-hanout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Vous obtiendrez une p\u00e2te compacte: la dersa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Dans une grande marmite, faire chauffer un filet d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. Y ajouter la dersa, la pur\u00e9e et le concentr\u00e9 de tomates. Laisser cuire 5 min avant d&#8217;ajouter les pois chiches et tous les l\u00e9gumes coup\u00e9s en cubes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Ajouter 500 g d&#8217;eau, du sel et du poivre et laisser mijoter 1 h \u00e0 feu doux et \u00e0 couvert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">M\u00e9langer le yaourt avec le jus de citron. Hacher grossi\u00e8rement les herbes.
