R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Faire cuire les lentilles corail dans de l&#8217;eau bouillante et sal\u00e9e durant 5 \u00e0 10 minutes. Les \u00e9goutter et les laisser refroidir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Ciseler l&#8217;oignon et r\u00e9server. Mixer finement le pain de mie et r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Pendant ce temps, r\u00e2per la carotte puis la faire revenir quelques minutes dans une pole avec une gousse d&#8217;ail \u00e9cras\u00e9e et n filet d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Dans un r\u00e9cipient, m\u00e9langer les lentilles corail, l&#8217;oignon cisel\u00e9, le pain de mie, les carottes r\u00e2p\u00e9es, le cumin, le curcuma, saler et poivrer. Ajouter un \u0153uf pr\u00e9alablement battu et la farine.
