Incorporez dans le saladier \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une spatule.<\/li><li>R\u00e9partissez la pr\u00e9paration dans deux moules \u00e0 manqu\u00e9 anti-adh\u00e9sifs \u00e0 charni\u00e8re et faites cuire pendant 30 min.<\/li><li>D\u00e9moulez et laissez refroidir compl\u00e8tement sur une grille.<\/li><li>Fouettez le sucre et les \u0153ufs dans un saladier. Incorporez la farine.<\/li><li>Faites chauffer le lait dans une casserole et versez-le peu \u00e0 peu en fouettant. Reversez dans la casserole et portez \u00e0 fr\u00e9missements en m\u00e9langeant sans cesse. Versez dans un saladier et laissez ti\u00e9dir.<\/li><li>Incorporez le beurre coup\u00e9 en morceaux et le pralin.<\/li><li>Replacez un fond de biscuit dans un moule. Versez la cr\u00e8me pralin\u00e9e et lissez la surface. Recouvrez avec le second biscuit. Tassez d\u00e9licatement et recouvrez de film \u00e9tirable. R\u00e9frig\u00e9rez 12 h.
