Placez-la au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 2 h<\/li><li>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 160 \u00b0C. <\/li><li>Abaissez la p\u00e2te sur une \u00e9paisseur de 3 mm entre deux feuilles de papier cuisson. <\/li><li>\u00c0 l&#8217;aide des emporte-pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 linzer, d\u00e9coupez des formes de p\u00e2te pleines et des formes de p\u00e2te \u00e9vid\u00e9es au centre.<\/li><li>Disposez-les sur une plaque tapiss\u00e9e de papier cuisson. <\/li><li>Enfournez les biscuits pour 12 min et laissez refroidir (15 minutes, ils sont trop secs)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-5hKbYW\">Ganache. <\/p>\n\n\n<ol class=\"eplus-N7zPaY wp-block-list eplus-styles-uid-eb0791\"><li>Hachez le chocolat au couteau et coupez le beurre en morceaux.<\/li><li>Faites chauffer la cr\u00e8me liquide jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 fr\u00e9missement. <\/li><li>Coupez le feu et ajoutez le chocolat et le beurre, m\u00e9langez \u00e9nergiquement afin d&#8217;obtenir une cr\u00e8me lisse et onctueuse.
