color: initial;\">350 g de cassonade<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">200 g de beurre<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">5 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de quatre-\u00e9pices<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">2 \u0153ufs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">20 cl de miel<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">1 sachet de levure chimique<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">1 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 rase de sel<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">POUR LE D\u00c9COR<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">300 g de sucre glace<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\"> Quelques gouttes de jus de citron. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Recette<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Pr\u00e9paration de la p\u00e2te<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Tamisez ensemble la farine, le quatre-\u00e9pices, la levure et le sel. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Travaillez le beurre en pommade, ajoutez la cassonade, les \u0153ufs un \u00e0 un puis le miel. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Ajoutez la farine. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Travaillez la p\u00e2te pour obtenir une consistance homog\u00e8ne. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Aplatissez la p\u00e2te, filmez-la et laissez-la 12 h minimum au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">La p\u00e2te sera plus facile \u00e0 \u00e9taler et gagnera en saveur. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Fa\u00e7onnage et montage<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">\u00c9talez la p\u00e2te \u00e0 0,5 cm d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur directement sur le papier sulfuris\u00e9. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Au couteau, d\u00e9coupez la p\u00e2te en suivant les gabarits. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">D\u00e9coupez les fen\u00eatres et fates des trous avec la douille de 1 cm aux emplacements qui permettront de nouer les rubans.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Place les papiers sulfuris\u00e9s garnis de p\u00e2te sur une plaque de cuisson<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">faites cuire \u00e0 180 \u00b0C pendant 12 \u00e0 15 min. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">La cuisson de tous les morceaux doit \u00eatre homog\u00e8ne<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">R\u00e9alisez le gla\u00e7age au sucre glace citronn\u00e9. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Sa consistance doit \u00eatre celle d&#8217;une p\u00e2te \u00e0 dentifrice.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Garnissez une poche avec le gla\u00e7age, r\u00e9alisez le collage de la chemin\u00e9e. Laissez s\u00e9cher.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">D\u00e9corez les pourtours des fen\u00eatres et du toit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Avec un cornet pour des d\u00e9corations fines, r\u00e9alisez les d\u00e9cors de la mason, de la toiture et de la chemin\u00e9e.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Laissez s\u00e9cher et durcir les d\u00e9cors en sucre avant le montage.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Collez la chemin\u00e9e sur le toit. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">V\u00e9rifiez que vous avez bien toutes les parties: 2 parties de toits, 2 c\u00f4t\u00e9s, 1 fa\u00e7ade avant, 1 facade arri\u00e8re. \u2022 Nouez la fa\u00e7ade arri\u00e8re avec un c\u00f4t\u00e9.
