beurre<\/li><li>1 jaune d&#8217;oeuf<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"eplus-pKIdkP wp-block-heading\">Recette<\/h2>\n\n\n<ol class=\"eplus-ZDegbw wp-block-list eplus-styles-uid-55029a\"><li>M\u00e9langer au robot, la farine, le sel et le sucre en poudre, la levure boulang\u00e8re.<\/li><li>Ajoutez les oeufs et l&#8217;eau.<\/li><li>P\u00e9trir 10 minutes \u00e0 vitesse lente<\/li><li>La p\u00e2te doit former une boule qui se d\u00e9colle des parois du bol.<\/li><li>Bassiner avec le beurre en morceaux<\/li><li>Corner la p\u00e2te, couvrez le bol d&#8217;un torchon propre et laissez la p\u00e2te doubler de volume<\/li><li><span style=\"color: initial;\">D\u00e9gazer et <\/span>fa\u00e7onner les brioches \u00e0 t\u00eate (55g)<\/li><li>Graisser les moules \u00e0 brioches<\/li><li>Laissez les brioches lever \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pendant 45 minutes.<\/li><li>Dorer<\/li><li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0
