p\u00e9n\u00e9trer<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5>Farce<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g de porc hach\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>150 g de crevettes<\/li>\n<li>oignons verts<\/li>\n<li>tabasco<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Pliage<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Poser un disque de p\u00e2te de 5 cm dans la main gauche<\/li>\n<li>Placer 1 c-a-c de farce<\/li>\n<li>Avec la main droite, faire le premier pli en pin\u00e7ant la partie la plus \u00e0 droite entre le pouce et l&#8217;index<\/li>\n<li>Rabattre, avec l&#8217;index gauche, la partie sup\u00e9rieure de la p\u00e2te pour former un second pli<\/li>\n<li>Continuer pour obtenir 7 plis<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5>Cuisson<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Cuire 15 minutes dans un panier
