dorure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Recette<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>dans une casserole, le lait, l&#8217;eau, le sel et le beurre<\/li>\n<li>faire fondre<\/li>\n<li>porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition<\/li>\n<li>sort du feu<\/li>\n<li>ajoute la farine, p\u00e9trir pour amalgamer<\/li>\n<li>remettre \u00e0 feu doux et s\u00e9cher<\/li>\n<li>ajouter les oeufs battus petit \u00e0 petit<\/li>\n<li>obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>pocher dans un cercle de 20 cm<\/li>\n<li>dorer \u00e0 l&#8221;oeuf<\/li>\n<li>ajouter les amandes<\/li>\n<li>four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180C<\/li>\n<li>45 minutes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients pour la cr\u00e8me mousseline pralin\u00e9e :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500ml de lait entier<\/li>\n<li>130g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>60g de ma\u00efzena<\/li>\n<li>4 jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd gousse de vanille<\/li>\n<li>250g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>140g de pralin\u00e9 amandes\/noisettes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>dans une casserole le lait, la moiti\u00e9 du sucre et la vanille,<\/li>\n<li>chauffer \u00e0 feu moyen<\/li>\n<li>blanchir les jaunes avec le reste du sucre<\/li>\n<li>ajouter ma\u00efzena et m\u00e9langer<\/li>\n<li>ajouter la moiti\u00e9 du lait chaud<\/li>\n<li>m\u00e9langer<\/li>\n<li>remettre dans la casserole<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9paissir<\/li>\n<li>mettre dans un saladier<\/li>\n<li>filmer au contact<\/li>\n<li>mettre au frigo pour refroidir<\/li>\n<li>retravailler au batteur<\/li>\n<li>travailler le beurre en pommade<\/li>\n<li>ajouter en deux fois \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me<\/li>\n<li>ajouter le pralin\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>filmer et laisser
