inherit;\">200 g de cr\u00e8me 15%<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">3 oeufs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">3 jaunes d\u2019oeuf<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">160 g de sucre<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">60 g de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">1 C\u00e0S de vanille liquide <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">\u00c9TAPES:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>p\u00e2te<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Dans un bol ou dans le bol du robot, sablez ensemble la farine, le sucre glace, le sel, la poudre de vanille et le beurre. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Une fois le m\u00e9lange bien sableux, ajoutez les jaunes d\u2019oeuf et l\u2019eau et finissez le m\u00e9lange. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">R\u00e9servez la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e au frigo pour une heure. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">\u00c9talez ensuite \u00e0 3 mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur sur un plan de travail l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9, <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">foncez un cercle \u00e0 entremet de 18 cm de diam\u00e8tre. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">R\u00e9servez au cong\u00e9lateur. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re classique<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>chauffez l&#8217;eau, le lait et la cr\u00e8me<\/li>\n<li>blanchir les oeufs, les jaunes et le sucre<\/li>\n<li>ajouter la f\u00e9cule<\/li>\n<li>verser les liquides sur les oeufs<\/li>\n<li>remettre dans la casserole et ramener \u00e0 \u00e9bullition pour 3 minutes en remuant tout le temps\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">faites refroidir \u00e0 50\u00b0C avant de verser l\u2019appareil \u00e0 flan sur la p\u00e2te congel\u00e9e<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">enfournez tout de suite dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 220\u00b0C pour 10 minutes, <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">descendez la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 180\u00b0C et continuez la cuisson pour encore 30 minutes. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Apr\u00e8s cuisson, r\u00e9servez le 2 heures au
