sucre<\/li><li>5 g de sel<\/li><li>63 g de beurre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-heading\">Recette<\/h2>\n\n\n<ol class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-list eplus-styles-uid-fa2504\"><li>Dissoudre la levure dans le lait <\/li><li>ajouter l&#8217;oeuf battu<\/li><li>ajouter les 2 farines, le sel et le sucre.<\/li><li>P\u00e9trir 4 minutes<\/li><li>Ajouter le beurre mou et p\u00e9trir de nouveau pendant 6 min<\/li><li>Couvrir et laisser doubler de volume.<\/li><li>D\u00e9gazer la p\u00e2te et partager en 10 boules <\/li><li>Laisser reposer 15 min sur le plan de travail.<\/li><li>Former et rouler les petits pains<\/li><li>Couvrir la plaque et laisser lever 30-40 min.<\/li><li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 210C-400F, <\/li><li>Dorer les petits pains d&#8217;oeuf battu, \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une paire de ciseaux faire des incisions et saupoudrer de sucre perl\u00e9.<\/li><li>Cuire durant 10-12 min ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la surface soit
