M\u00e9langer avec une cuill\u00e8re de bois jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que l&#8217;appareil blanchisse.<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-preparation__list__item\">Ajouter la farine, puis m\u00e9langer avec les doigts pour obtenir du sable.<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-preparation__list__item\">Ajouter le beurre et p\u00e9trir pour obtenir une p\u00e2te bien homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-preparation__list__item\">Frapper la p\u00e2te en la lan\u00e7ant d&#8217;une main \u00e0 l&#8217;autre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une boule r\u00e9guli\u00e8re.
