diam\u00e8tre:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g de farine (\u00e9peautre ou bl\u00e9)<\/li>\n<li>100 cl d&#8217;eau<\/li>\n<li>3 g de sel<\/li>\n<li>7 g de levure<\/li>\n<li>150 g de beurre demi-sel<\/li>\n<li>150 de sucre<\/li>\n<li>un oeuf pour la dorure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>faire une p\u00e2te \u00e0 pain<\/li>\n<li>laisser reposer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pour 1-2 heures<\/li>\n<li>m\u00e9langer le beurre et le sucre<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9taler en carr\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>mettre au r\u00e9frigrateur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Recette<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00e9taler le beurre en carr\u00e9 de 25 cm<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9taler la p\u00e2te en rectangle de 25 cm x 30 cm<\/li>\n<li>enfermer le beurre dans la p\u00e2te<\/li>\n<li>rouler la p\u00e2te pour un rectangle de 50 cm de long (un rouleau)<\/li>\n<li>plier en portefeuille (rabat 1\/3)<\/li>\n<li>quart de tour<\/li>\n<li>coller<\/li>\n<li>remettre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pour 30 minutes<\/li>\n<li>rouler la p\u00e2te pour un rectangle de 50 cm de long (un rouleau)<\/li>\n<li>plier en portefeuille (rabat 1\/3)<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9taler en carr\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>rabattre les coins<\/li>\n<li>pousser les nouveaux coins en aum\u00f4ni\u00e8re\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>retourner<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9taler \u00e0 la taille du moule<\/li>\n<li>mettre une feuille de papier parchemin<\/li>\n<li>mettre la p\u00e2te et s&#8217;assurer que le bords touchent<\/li>\n<li>Badigeonner avec l&#8217;oeuf<\/li>\n<li>scarifier ( 4 traits + 4 traits en losange )<\/li>\n<li>laisser reposer 1 heure<\/li>\n<li>cuire 35-45 minutes \u00e0 180 \u00b0C \/ 350
