pousser<\/li><li>s\u00e9parer en part de 80g<\/li><li>bouler et laisser reposer 5 minutes<\/li><li>faire le trou<\/li><li>laisser pousser 1h pour doubler de volume<\/li><li>pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 400 \u00b0F<\/li><li>pocher dans une casserole d&#8217;eau bouillante pour 3 minutes<\/li><li>ajouter la garniture<\/li><li>cuire 15 minutes \u00e0 210 \u00b0C\/400
