Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez le lait, l&#8217;oeuf, la levure et la farine. Quand tout est \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s agglom\u00e9r\u00e9, versez 80 g de farine et ne touchez plus \u00e0 rien. Laissez lever pendant 10-15 min.<\/li>\n<li>Au bout de ce temps, le p\u00e2ton doit avoir pouss\u00e9 et la farine que vous aviez vers\u00e9e doit \u00eatre craquel\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Coupez votre beurre en d\u00e9s et laissez le reposer \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer le reste de lait et de farine, le sucre, le sel et incorporer le p\u00e2ton. Vous \u00eates pr\u00eat pour p\u00e9trir votre p\u00e2te en machine ou \u00e0 la main.<\/li>\n<li>Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que vous p\u00e9trissez, ajoutez le beurre petit \u00e0 petit.<\/li>\n<li>Laissez ensuite lever votre p\u00e2te pendant 2 heures.<\/li>\n<li>Beurrez abondamment votre moule \u00e0 kougelhopf. D\u00e9posez dans chaque cannelure une amande.<\/li>\n<li>Renversez votre p\u00e2te sur le plan de travail farin\u00e9. P\u00e9trissez la rapidement et ajoutez-y les raisins secs (si vous aimez, vous pouvez les faire mariner dans du rhum, du cognac ou du kirsch, selon votre go\u00fbt).<\/li>\n<li>Faites un trou au centre de votre p\u00e2te et mettez-la dans le moule \u00e0 kougelhopf.<\/li>\n<li>Laissez \u00e0 nouveau lever jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que votre p\u00e2te d\u00e9passe le rebord de votre moule de 2 cm environ. (1h30 \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s)<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0c. Enfournez \u00e0 four chaud pour 40 minutes.
