En allant au march\u00e9, pour le pain frais, je me suis arr\u00eat\u00e9 \u00e0 la poissonnerie. Il y avait plus de poissonniers que de clients, mais heureusement moins que de poissons.<\/p>\n<p>Avec le saumon, il faut des l\u00e9gumes et, puisque c&#8217;est un des embl\u00e8mes du Qu\u00e9bec, allions-lui un autre mets typique. Non seulement elle se pr\u00eate \u00e0 plusieurs plats cuisin\u00e9s, mais ses frondes d\u00e9licates, a\u00e9riennes, atteignent de 1,5 \u00e0 2\u00a0m et donnent souvent au sous-bois, et au jardin, une allure tropicale.<\/p>\n<p>Plante nordique, cette esp\u00e8ce est r\u00e9pandue un peu partout dans l\u2019h\u00e9misph\u00e8re bor\u00e9al, aussi bien en Europe qu\u2019en Asie, au Moyen-Orient (Iran) et en Am\u00e9rique du Nord.
