Ensuite, touillez d\u00e9licatement pour obtenir un tourbillon du plus bel effet.<\/p>\n<p>Je vous voix venir, vous pensez que c&#8217;est un dessert qu&#8217;on peut se faire comme \u00e7a, n&#8217;importe quel jour de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e. Je vous explique: il vous faut une roulotte, deux kilos et demi de fraises bio, un kilo trois cents grammes de sucre, un trait de citron, des bocaux, une belle marmite et un entonnoir \u00e0 bocaux.<\/p>\n<p>Vous commencez par \u00e9queuter les fraises, les faire mac\u00e9rer et ensuite vous chauffer tranquillement, de temps en temps vous retirer les fruits pour faire bien r\u00e9duire le jus et quand vous avez atteint 105\u00b0, vous mettez en bocaux. Bien s\u00fbr, il n&#8217;y en a pas exactement pour remplir 8 bocaux alors il vous reste un peu de confiture chaude.<\/p>\n<p>Vous mettez le reste de confiture naturellement chaude et vous ajoutez le
