Pr\u00e9parez donc tout ce dont vous aurez besoin avant de vous lancez, beurrez le moule si vous n&#8217;avez pas encore opt\u00e9 pour le silicone, pesez les ingr\u00e9dients&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:38px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (th 6- 400 F).<\/li><li>M\u00e9langez la levure \u00e0 la farine.<\/li><li>S\u00e9parez les blancs des jaunes d&#8217;oeufs, et montez les blancs en neige avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel.<\/li><li>Quand ils sont tr\u00e8s fermes, ajoutez le sucre et battez encore.<\/li><li>Baissez la vitesse du robot et ajoutez d&#8217;un coup les 4 jaunes, puis tout de suite la farine et la levure en pluie.<\/li><li>Arr\u00eatez tr\u00e8s rapidement le robot pour que la pr\u00e9paration n&#8217;ait pas le temps de retomber, versez dans le moule, lissez la surface et enfournez imm\u00e9diatement pour 20 min.<\/li><li>D\u00e9moulez ti\u00e8de et
