{"id":1381,"date":"2013-03-03T15:50:22","date_gmt":"2013-03-03T20:50:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pierrejean.com\/?p=1381"},"modified":"2020-03-14T13:18:32","modified_gmt":"2020-03-14T17:18:32","slug":"soupe-musclee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pierrejean.com\/atable\/soupe-musclee\/","title":{"rendered":"Soupe muscl\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pour faire une soupe muscl\u00e9e, il faut deux ingr\u00e9dients : du muscle et de la soupe!<\/p>\n<p>Pour le muscle, je choisis la courge musqu\u00e9e et le gingembre.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la soupe, je prends\u00a0des oignons, des carottes et du brocoli.<\/p>\n<p>La courge est musel\u00e9e par les carottes.<\/p>\n<p>Le gingembre est brid\u00e9 par le brocoli.<\/p>\n<p>Blague \u00e0 part, la citrouille, c&#8217;est un peu trop sucr\u00e9, mais, la courge poivr\u00e9e, c&#8217;est un peu trop fort \u00e0 mon go\u00fbt. En m\u00eame temps, ce n&#8217;est pas tr\u00e8s riche comme saveur, c&#8217;est un peu trop direct. Les oignons viennent ajouter de la profondeur et le gingembre une teinte printani\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;ai trouv\u00e9 cet arrangement par t\u00e2tonnements et je m&#8217;y tiens.<\/p>\n<p>Honn\u00eatement, les brocolis ne servent strictement \u00e0 rien. Ce sont les carottes seules qui apaisent les papilles.
