{"id":1316,"date":"2013-03-01T10:10:40","date_gmt":"2013-03-01T15:10:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pierrejean.com\/?p=1316"},"modified":"2020-03-14T13:03:30","modified_gmt":"2020-03-14T17:03:30","slug":"la-carotte-et-le-ballon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pierrejean.com\/atable\/la-carotte-et-le-ballon\/","title":{"rendered":"La carotte et le ballon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ce soir, c&#8217;\u00e9tait &#8220;gros ballon&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Je ne sais pas trop ce qu&#8217;elle fait avec, mais c&#8217;est bon pour ses muscles et sa t\u00eate!<\/p>\n<p>La tentation de faire la gym buissonni\u00e8re \u00e9tant toujours pr\u00e9sente, les repas du mardi et du jeudi se doivent de tenir t\u00eate \u00e0 la fain\u00e9antise.<\/p>\n<p>Ce soir, rien de bien compliqu\u00e9, d&#8217;abord les restes, une petite soupe mix\u00e9e \u00e0 partir des restes du couscous, l\u00e9gumes, pois chiches et quelques petits morceaux de viande, riche, mais gouteux.Ensuite une quiche aux oignons, origan et farine enti\u00e8re. Et pour finir, ananas r\u00f4ti \u00e0 la cannelle.<\/p>\n<p>Pour l&#8217;ananas, c&#8217;est facile. On ach\u00e8te un ananas qui sent bon. S&#8217;il ne sent rien ce n&#8217;est pas de bon augure! Ensuite, on l&#8217;\u00e9pluche en retirant la peau \u00e0 grands coups de couteau. On coupe des lamelles dans le sens de la longueur. Le meilleur moment, c&#8217;est quand il faut ronger le coeur pour ne rien perdre.
