paleron<\/li>\n<li>3 oignons<\/li>\n<li>une patate douce<\/li>\n<li>deux navets<\/li>\n<li>trois petites courgettes<\/li>\n<li>pois chiches<\/li>\n<li>coriandre fraiche<\/li>\n<li>raz-el-hanout<\/li>\n<li>bouillon de poulet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>faire dorer les jarrets, r\u00e9server<\/li>\n<li>faire revenir les oignons, r\u00e9server<\/li>\n<li>faire dorer les cubes de paleron<\/li>\n<li>remettre les oignons et les jarrets<\/li>\n<li>ajouter les l\u00e9gumes en cubes<\/li>\n<li>verser le bouillon et couvrir d&#8217;eau<\/li>\n<li>faire cuire
