Ma cuisine serait-elle devenu fade\u2009? Douceureuse ? Insipide ? Pire encore anodine!<\/p>\n<p>Je dois l&#8217;avouer, j&#8217;aime le Tabasco! Encore plus depuis que nous avons visit\u00e9 l&#8217;usine de fabrication et que nous en avions ramen\u00e9 un format G\u00e9ant, avec un G majuscule parce qu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9poque une bouteille de Tabasco de 300\u00a0ml, c&#8217;\u00e9tait l&#8217;apoth\u00e9ose, l&#8217;aboutissement, le Saint-Graal enfin retrouv\u00e9! Vous imaginez passer de la bouteille de 6\u00a0cl \u00e0 la bouteille de 354\u00a0cl! D&#8217;un coup! Vous imaginez la premi\u00e8re, vous la tenez entre deux doigts, le petit doigt lev\u00e9. Non pas que vous \u00eates chochottes, mais de peur que le pauvre petit soit irradi\u00e9 par la puissance du contenu! L&#8217;autre, vous la tenez d&#8217;une main virile, \u00e0 pleine poign\u00e9e. Non vous n&#8217;en mettez plus une ou deux gouttes du bout des l\u00e8vres du goulot, mais vous l&#8217;utilisez comme la r\u00e9calcitrante bouteille de Ketchup, \u00e0 grandes embard\u00e9es hauturi\u00e8res. Et quand vous en avez une telle quantit\u00e9, vous pouvez vous permettre d&#8217;en assaisonner la moindre recette. Ah, \u00e9poque b\u00e9nie, o\u00f9 mon palais boucan\u00e9 supportait sans broncher les assauts des principes actifs de la capsa\u00efcine. Richter, son \u00e9chelle logarithmique et ses 12 pauvres petits degr\u00e9s, ne pouvait se mesurer \u00e0 Scoville! Le tremblement de palais commence \u00e0 2000, le Tabasco vous propulse \u00e0 5000! Un vrai Charlot face \u00e0 Wilbur(*)!<\/p>\n<p>Moi ce que je voulais, c&#8217;\u00e9tait retrouver le hachis parmentier de mon enfance&#8230; Simple et bon. Avec les traits de fourchette sur le dessus. De la pur\u00e9e en dessous, de la viande au milieu et de la pur\u00e9e en dessous.<\/p>\n<p>Je voulais en finir avec cette pauvre version am\u00e9ricanis\u00e9e malgr\u00e9 son nom de \u00ab\u00a0p\u00e2t\u00e9 chinois\u00a0\u00bb. L\u00e0, pour le coup, et pour le go\u00fbt, c&#8217;est melliflu en diable. Le go\u00fbt douce\u00e2tre du lit inf\u00e9rieur de ma\u00efs \u00e9dulcor\u00e9, la viande rouge\u00e2tre au centre et la pur\u00e9e trop liquide du cache-mis\u00e8re. Comment en sont-ils arriv\u00e9s l\u00e0\u2009?
