L&#8217;humble cuisine circadienne dont on n&#8217;entend gu\u00e8re parler. La cuisine du tout venant. Le \u00ab\u00a0fourre-z-y-tout\u00a0\u00bb diront certains.<\/p>\n<p>Elle est simple. Elle se doit d&#8217;\u00eatre efficace. La m\u00e9nag\u00e8re n&#8217;a que faire de recettes somptueuses ou somptuaires. Simple et nourrissant, voil\u00e0 la devise du pain quotidien.<\/p>\n<p>Donc pour la soupe aux poireaux rien de plus simple\u00a0: un poireau, deux ou trois patates et de l\u2019eau. Elles ne peuvent pas \u00eatre \u00ab\u00a0pommes de terre\u00a0\u00bb, ces racines de la simplicit\u00e9. Imaginez la recette avec une alliac\u00e9e liliflore et des tubercules de convolvulac\u00e9e. D\u00e9j\u00e0, allier des monocotyl\u00e9dones et des dicotyl\u00e9dones, cela ressemble \u00e0 un mariage arrang\u00e9, un mariage mixte, que dis-je un mariage vou\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chec. Et puis avec des noms pareils, comment choisir l\u2019Individu\u00a0: les cinq p\u00e9tales sont ils parfaitement soud\u00e9s ou suis-je tomb\u00e9 sur une plante dissidente; la plantule avait-elle bien ses deux cotyl\u00e9dons pour que la soupe prenne\u00a0?
